Refund Policy for Team Traq
TeamTraq follows active usage SaaS subscription model. We charge you for service after they are consumed.
If you are paid user of Team Traq and would like to discontinue services, you can do it from profile. ‘No questions asked.’
Your paid plan will be stopped with immediate effect.
Post discontinuation of service, we will pause your account for 7 days, and if within 7 days, if its not reactivated, we will delete data related to your account.
If there is any excess amount paid, we refund it within two weeks of discontinuation.
